Always wash your hands thoroughly prior to touching your contact lenses, ideally with antibacterial soap and a lint free cloth/towel
Start with the same lens every time, this way it's easier if you require different prescription for each eye.
Always store your contact lenses in contact lens solution, never water.
Ensure that your lens case is fully closed and check that the lens is covered in solution, check daily to ensure that your lenses do not dry out.
When topping up the solution in your contact lens case always throw away the old solution and use fresh solution, this ensures that your lenses are perfectly clean.
If your eyes are tired, irritated or sore, give them a rest and wear your glasses instead.
