Delivery is via FedEx, our preferred courier partner and we offer Express International shipping for all orders. We only use premium couriers to ensure that your lenses are delivered in the safest and most efficient manner.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation via email.
This will have a tracking number, with this you can access the delivery company’s website and insert the tracking number.
You will be able to access live feed of where your package is and when to expect it.
Please be aware that the tracking link will take up to 24 hours to activate from when your order is shipped.
Once your order has been dispatched it is not possible to re-route or update the delivery address for your order.
