Can I change my shipping address if the order has not yet been shipped?

A change of address may be possible if your order has not been processed. You can reach us 24/7 via Email, through Live Chat or by phone where we will try and amend this wherever possible.

Unfortunately, once your order has been processed and collected by the courier company, we are not able to change the delivery address. We can try and have the order returned but this service is not guaranteed.

An update of your address details within your user account has no consequence on orders placed before you updated the address.
