How can I check my orders online?

You can check the orders that you have placed by going to your My Account Page and choosing My Orders, here you will see the most recent orders you have placed. 

If you have used our Guest Checkout facility unfortunately you will not be able to see your order in your account, even if you have created an account after placing your order.

Don't worry we can always help you with this and we can share the order number, tracking link or anything else that you need to know. You can reach us 24/7 through email, chat or by phone.

Why has my payment not gone through?

The most common reason for payments not being processed is that your bank doesn't allow international transactions. 

If this is the reason there are a few things that may help, you can contact your bank and explain that you would like to purchase from our store and request that they approve international transactions to our store for your account. 

We also offer several different payment options and you may find that checking out with PayPal using your credit or debit card works perfectly, or if you have a PayPal account this is also an option.

I need to change my password?

This is possible and you can do it directly from your account.

Go to your My Account page, choose Name and Email you would then tick the box that says Change Password and from here you can enter a new password of your choice. 

Don't worry if you are having problems we are always available to help and we can reset your password for you if required.

I want to stop receiving marketing emails, can I do this?

Yes of course, you can update your email preferences at any time. 

To subscribe or unsubscribe to to your My Account page and choose Newsletter Subscriptions, to unsubscribe untick the box that says General Subscription. You can also unsubscribe by choosing the "unsubscribe link" that is available at the bottom of all our newsletters and marketing information. 

Once you have done this you will no longer receive marketing emails from us, you can of course re-subscribe at any time.

How do I change my account address online?

You can easily update your billing or shipping address from your My Account page. 

Login to your account, from your account page choose Address Book and from here you can update your Billing Address, Shipping Address and you cam also update your phone numbers.
