What is the Return Policy?

We are happy to refund or exchange any unopened, undamaged, and unexpired contact lenses within 30 days of purchase. The lenses must be in their original packaging and sealed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on made to order lenses, toric colored contacts or special ordered items. The return cost for shipping is free, within the United Arab Emirates using our preferred courier company. Can I return an item bought online?

Yes, we are very happy to accept lenses back for return if they are sealed, in their original packaging and not expired. We accept returns 30 days from the date that your order has been delivered.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Where a refund has been processed this will generally takes 3-5 working days to be received back to your original payment method.
