The first step would be to check that you contact lens is thoroughly clean. Remove the lens, clean and check, also check that it is the lens for the correct eye if you wear different prescription in each eye. Inspect the lens for any rips, tears, or debris before applying. If you discover a rip or tear, discard the lens. Should you discover any makeup, dust or debris give your lens a good clean with your contact lens solution and try again.

If you still feel discomfort after checking ad cleaning, immediately remove the lens and do not wear it as this may irritate your eye further. Make an appointment with your Eye Dr as they will be able to advise and help.

This may be because the contact lens needs cleaning or because it is a different parameter to your original eye requirements. To clean your contact lens, simply wash your hands and dry them, place some liquid solution on your palm and place the contact lens within the liquid solution. Carefully with your index finger rub the contact lens against your palm. Rinse the lens once more with contact lens solution and now the contact lens is ready to be worn.

If you are still having issues make an appointment to see your optician or Eye Dr for a contact lens fitting and eye check, they will be able to help and advise. 

We do offer contact lenses for astigmatism and you can find them on the website. They are available as a yearly replacement colored contact lens and are available with and without a limbal ring.

At first it may feel a bit strange when wearing your lenses, this is normal and is just an adjustment period. This can happen if you are new to contact lenses or if you are changing brand

You should follow the advise given by your optician or eye doctor and build your wear time up over a few days, increasing the wear time each day. 

The result when wearing contact lenses always vary due to the original eye color, face shape, complexion, make-up and other relevant factors.

Yes, you can place an order for a contact lens on behalf of somebody else. Please make sure you have the correct parameters and prescription details before placing the order.

Unfortunately, all the brands we offer are in standardized parameters.

If you experience discomfort when wearing the contact lenses, there might be some deposits or debris (dirt) on the lens, so start by rinsing it with liquid lens solution (never with water).

Alternatively, please soak them in a fresh solution and let them sit for more than 24 hours.

It could also be that the lens is inside out. Before putting the lens on, hold it on your index finger against the light. It should be in a perfect bowl shape.

If this does not solve the problem, you should stop wearing them as they could damage the surface of your eye and seek help from your eye dr or optician.
